A self-titled third album from Grammy Award Winning Duo Mary Mary.
This new album has eleven tuff tracks and from the opening to the end of the album there are lots of surprises for the keen listener. The album opens with a track titled Believer which is a head banger. The second track titled "Biggest Greatest Thing" for me this track shows this duo's journey so far, it is the type of singing that you will commonly affiliate with a musical.

Dave helped me
I must give Dave Hollister credit where it is due. I will be the first to admit that I have a weakness for r&b music.
A decent effort
I liked a lot of the songs. I just wish he had made some of the interludes, full-fledged songs. The interludes were better than some of the songs. However, his sincerity on the song "Let Heaven Down" salvaged a lot of the other tracks. That was definitely the song that made me give the entire cd a chance. It is not a gospel cd as it is billed, but it is a journey inside of a man's pain and triumph. Dave acknowledged that he made the wrong choices despite Christ's urging him to live right. It is refreshing to here someone be so honest about how the pleasures of not following Christ are temporal. The production is decent. His voice is decent on this cd. So, it's an all around decent album.

Definitely for the men!!!!
All I can say is WOW!!!!! After listening to this Cd I want to give it to all the men I know. This is a fo' real cd. David Hollister is telling his story which seem to be the situation of so many men. Track 4 "Help Me" Track 9 "Divorced", Track 13 "Where R U?/ Answer Me, Track 15 "I let heaven down" the stuggles of trying to be Saved and still having desires of the world. The heart of a worshiper
BUY THE DVD if you can! BUY THE DVD if you can! I purchased Tye's DVD of Victory BEFORE I bought the cd.I must say that the CD DOES NOT adequately capture the level of anointing that is over, under, and through this project.
EXCELLENT!
I have Tye Tribbetts first CD and have been a fan eversince. Tye is annointed and continues to bring it for the Kingdom. My favorite songs are the classic " Bless the Lord",& others are " 1-2 Victory Check", "VICTORY!","Hallejuah to Your Name", "Everything Will Be Alright", " I want it all it back". He is very unique and has an interesting way he goes about the songs he writes. The choir is off the chain. I love the outfits, they're different. Most people that I tell about Tye Tribbet, they always say " Is that that singer that jumps all over the place dancing?" and I reply that as long as hes jumpin' for JESUS, thats all that matters! I'd rather him jump for JESUS, than all the other stuff going on nowadays! This CD is definitely one that you need to get... NOW! This CD will bless you in many ways than one. Remember, you got the VICTORY...and can't no DEVIL in HELL stop YOU!

Heavy Rotation
This CD has been in my CD player since I first brought it in May, it is a great worship album. It differs from his debut,"Life", because the live music adds an extra energy. The album starts off strong with "I Want It All Back" and leaves you in a worshipping mood with the live version of "Everything". Other great songs are "Sinking", "Alright" and of course "Victory". Love It - And Love Them!
What can I add to these excellent reviews?I am a 45-year old divorced father of two daughters, 10 and 7.I want to make sure my kids get exposure to young women with good values.I also want them to appreciate good, edgy, music.I get all of this and more with BarlowGirl.Yes - Evanescence is a good comparison, but as my girls put it, BarlowGirl has better lyrics, meaning - not so dark and dreary.
WOW - Blew me away!
This CD has been playing non-stop in my daughters CD player.She has NO idea that they are a christian band and is playing it for her friends who have now run out to buy the CD.I'm shocked that they are not playing on every radio everywhere.I LOVE the fact that they have subtle messages and play good music without being overly christian oriented.KEEP ROCKING BARLOW GIRLS your music is PHENOMINAL!!!

Wow!!! Another great worship project from Hillsong!!!!
Our family loves to worship along with all the Hillsong Cd's and DVD's. They have brought us through many challenging times in our walk with the Lord and have given us such encouragement. Prior to "Mighty to Save", our favorite CD/DVD, by far, was "Blessed." Honestly, it took us several listenings before "Mighty to Save" attached itself to our hearts. Now we can't keep it out of the car's CD player nor DVD out of the DVD player. What an awesome night of worship that was--and it lives on as it transports those who listen before God's throne of grace and glory. We would recommend this CD to any who enjoy passionate, heartfilled praise and worship. Thank you Hillsong for producing another great product.

Good CD, but the Song Choice Ain't The Best
Nicole is amazing!!! But, like Jaci Velasquez she's missing a few hits. I think to myself why does she have two live songs instead of her hits "Witness" and "Everyday People". I mean those got on the WOW Hits CDs. And if she really wanted a live song why not her hit "Victory Chant" which was on WOW Worship (Red)? She is truly an amazing singer! She has so many beatiful songs like "Call On Jesus", "Come Unto Me", "Music of My Heart", "Talk About It" and the title track. And it was very clever to have her "End of the Spear" song "Always Love You". Pretty good CD, but missing a couple hits.

Great Debut
Aaron really hit a homer with this debut.Its great to see people out there making music for God and not for the fame and camera flashes.Aaron is touring with Bebo Norman and they will be doing a show in San Antonio next month.That will be huge!

"Anything Worth Saying" is Aaron Shust's debut album.I bought the CD in early summer & had the opportunity to see Aaron & his band in an intimate concert setting in August.I had been asking myself the question, why do i sing? And why do i make music? We sing when we are sad, lonely, grief stricken, happy, celebrating, & more. This album touches on varied emotions in each song.My favorite song is "One Day", describing the time we will have our questions to the mysteries of life answered.

The BEST single CD Elvis Gospel collection
Very powerful performances and of course Elvis' voice is unmatched. He was made to sing Gospel and he puts his heart into every performance. The only Grammies he won were for his Gospel recordings. I know there are many Elvis Gospel collections available, but this one is his best single CD Gospel collection!To top this one you would have to get the the 2 CD "Amazing Grace" collection or the 3 CD "Peace In The Valley" set.If you like Gospel music and don't want to spend a lot of money on multi-CD releases, I highly recommend this CD.

Christmas to enjoy all year long
This is one of the best Christmas albums I have purchased in a long time. Arrangements are not like anything I've heard before on traditional songs and the original material is excellent! I will be pulling this one out more than only Christmas time.

Now here's a Christmas gift!
OH MY GOODNESS! WHAT A BLESSING! In my humble opinion, "A Timeless Christmas" is one of the very best Christmas projects to hit the market in a very long time. From track 1 to track 15, the glorious message of Christmas is told as only Israel & New Breed can tell it. Luther "Mano" Hanes lends excellent production assistance as Israel reels in special guests, Marvin Winans and his sister, Cece, Lalah Hathaway, Jonathan Butler, Marcus Miller, Gerald Albright and the graceful orchestral presence of the Beijing Symphony.I tell you, this CD is extraordinary. Until now, though I have a huge collection of Christmas music, I had but 2 all time favorite Christmas projects - The Quincy Jones production "Handel's Messiah: A Soulful Celebration" and Kirk Franklin & The Family "Christmas;" today, without hesitation, I add "A Timeless Christmas" to my list. Can't figure out what gift to give to your loved ones and friends this Christmas? Well, this CD will be a gift they'll cherise for many seasons to come. I love the CD, but must end with one question - where was New Breed mainstay, Aaron Lindsay?

Israel @ Christmas - Most Appropriate
I've been an Israel fan since Jan' 2004 when I accidentally came across New Season at a New Year's Gathering at a Friend's house.Since then, I have not been able to put aside anything musically from Israel.He and the new breed band consistently get the most rotations on my mp3 player, the whole year through, year on year, and it's always a special feeling when you know a new Israel cd is coming, it comes out and you get it in your hand.

Whoopi Goldberg has a lot of talents, but singing is not one of them. Hearing her massacre Motown classics like "Dancing in the Street," "Ball of Confusion" and "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" in her flat, dull voice on this soundtrack album would be harmless if a whole generation weren't being introduced to these songs through her clumsy performances. Several choirs turn in lackluster performances of gospel numbers. The disc's one redeeming moment is Aretha Franklin's overpowering delivery of "A Deeper Love," written and produced by C+C Music Factory. Read more

Please everybody ignores Amazon's review of this album. I am 16 years old, and I was three years old when this movie and soundtrack came out. Byron Cage's album is aptly entitled 'An invitation to worship', this title largely sums up the feel of this album, both the smooth ballads and catchy bouncy tracks reveal an attitude of pure adoration, worship and praise. His first track, which moves into a reprise, 'I will bless the Lord', begins with a hint of Kirk Franklin especially the holler and call of the reprise track. His worship possesses the qualities of Fred Hammond with his passion and purpose for praise and glorifying the father. The dulcet silky smoothness of his tones on 'majesty' encourages one's soul to ponder gently on the 'worthiness' and 'greatness' of our God.
Magnify The Lord With Me,
I was waiting until the day this project came out last year. I think I brought like the second or third day!! I will bless the Lord sends me off to work everyday uplifted. "Rain on Me" and "We Lift Our Hands To Bless You" with Pajam. I enjoy the entire CD to the fullest. If someone is not moved by this project, then they must be dead! This is What Lover Should Be Doing
I am just simply amazed at how great this album turned out. The first disc is so well balance with solo project along with powerful duets. There second disc(the gospel disc)is even better filled with contemporary gospel music. It so good to hear that a R&B couple can make decent music without taking the sexy approach. This is what lover should be doing. I highly recommend this cd to anyone who enjoys decent music.
It's about time
I sorely miss the voices of these two artist.Especially Chante Moore.Her voice is a pure instrument and she as well as Kenny are so underrated anymore in this hip hop era.But I've been waiting for this cd since last year and wondered what happened, and finally I came across it on Amazon.THanks Amazon for rotating it on the featured items.
A great two for one CD from Lattimore/Moore
Kenny Lattimore and Chante Moore are one of the most well loved and well known married musical couples in the industry. Their 2003 album What Lovers Do was a huge success. They have followed up that release with a brand new double disc. Uncovered/Covered isn't your average dual CD release. The double album is sure to have something for everyone.

ALL around great cd
This Is a really good cd and all songs are worth listening to, the vocalist sounds a little like the highpitched singer from lincoln park but that's not a bad thing,if I have any criticisms it's that there could have been more change from song to song but that's just me. Still a great cd if you like it heavy.

Worship in light of the truth of God's word!
These songs have a message based on the everlasting word of God, which is good because we can only worship in spirit and in TRUTH.
God Focused and God Glorified
There are few CDs on the market that realign the heart, mind and soul to God...who He is and who we are in relation to Him.The music will grab you and the words will make you still...very still in complete reverance toward God Almighty.Thank you Louie and Passion team for the refocus on the Renown!

Passion
Overall a nice album. The compilation was more mellow than some of the past Passion albums, but good praise and worship music nonetheless. It was nice to hear some updated hymns ("Jesus Paid It All" and "How Marvelous") in addition to the new music. The CD had a real down-home feel. I wasn't too crazy about the song "Party," but I guess it added something for everyone to enjoy on the album. While I missed some of the prayers and scripture readings that wereincluded in previous Passion CDs, this is still a good one to listen to when you're having a down day and down-time. ... Read more

Diversity is more than just a buzzword for Donnie McClurkin. Glad I got it
I heard this cd in someone's car and they were playing "God is Awesome God" in different languages and it was so beautiful.It seemed each song afterward was just as beautiful. They invoked praise! It comes with 2 disc's and I really like the second (not too fond of the last song though OOh Child).My favorite song is the one with Joann Rosario...this is a worship song for real.I think you'll be pleased...but definitely listen to the song samples and see for yourself.

Fantastic
I have been eagerly awaiting the release of Bebo's sixth album (including Fabric of Verse).I have to admit I was a little scared about this album because of Try, his last album that was a little disappointing for me.However, Between the Dreaming and the Coming True is in no way a disappointment.The day I recieved the album I put it in my cd player and there it still sits (only took it out to put in on itunes).

Blown away!
I don't usually write reviews, but was so amazed that this CD had so few reviews and, at least in my area, very little radio play.Every single song on this CD has a very powerful message and is a joy to listen to.

Mark Harris is a wonderful artist and if you are looking for a good Christian CD, this is it.He touches on every aspect of life, including parenthood with his "Find your wings".I play it over and over and over....................

I heard the 1st release of this CD on the radio, and had to have it.It brought tears to my eyes, and still does everytime I hear it.The CD is filled with great melodies and the vocals are terrific.My 15 year old son asked if he could burn a copy to his IPOD, so it reaches across the generation. Inspirational recording
We have bought three copies of this CD. The combination of familiar hymns, beautiful arrangements, excellent voices and fine symphony musicians keeps us playing it often.The music calms my husband's "road rage," he says, and I like to hum along.We hope the same groups will do a Christmas music recording.
