Wonderful Compilation.
I LOVE this CD. I wanted to give this 5 stars but it could have been a little stronger. Some Christians r never satisfied.

What a blessing!
Songs 4 Life are uplifting and inspirational!It's wonderful to hear so many talented artists playing my favorites and even some I haven't heard before.If you aren't familiar with any or some of these artits, this is agreat way to sample them.

This Cd is one of many of a great uplifting collection.
This particular Cd is not one of my favorites in the collection but it is a good Cd.It features many great songs as well as well-known artists.I have about 10 Songs for Life Cd's and they keep getting better all thetime.Plus it is a good deal for two Cd's with 11 songs on each Cd. VERY WELL PUT TOGETHER
I bout the entier songs 4 life set and loved them ALL!!!! some of my most faveret songs that I had not hurd in so very long where on one cd or onother it was worth every penny I spent.Each cd has a theam and for eachcase there are 2 cd's if your in to a lot of different artistes, differentstioles these CD's/tapes are for you and you mite also try "Keep theFaith" set as well they are just as well put together in theam format,with more artist and differnt songs not meany repats between the two sets.:~) ... An overlooked masterpiece.
This CD was released 8 months after the huge success of the first My Utmost for His Highest project.Unfortunately, it failed to sell in the same numbers as the first.I will admit that at first, I didn't like it as much as the first.But it has grown on me, and now I like it more. Fantastic!
I loved this CD as much as the first one.If you have read Oswald Chamber's book, heard the first CD or are looking for an inspirational religious CD with music to please every taste, you have to buy thisCD!

Glad it is a CD and not an LP
I was first exposed to this piece of music when our son was practicing it for a performance with his college choir. It was my delight to sit in on some of the rehearsals. I had to have the CD and songbook. I have listened to it many times over the years and I agree with the others here who reviewed the album. If it had been an LP it would have been worn out by now! Glad it is a CD and now I have it ripped to my computer. I play it while studying for my messages. And that original performance that my son played trumpet in? For those who know what I am talking about, they played and sang in the auditorium at Forest Lawn that houses the picture of the crucifiction. WOW! Have we convinced you that you should hear this album? This CD needs to be in the re-released.

Beautiful
This is one of the best Christian albums ever created. It's a musical that has been performed at many churches, and it is absolutely magnificent! The songs are all beautiful and well written. Twila Paris, Steve Green, and Larnelle Harris are some of the artists who perform. It tells the story of the creation, of Adam and Eve, and goes on into the story of Jesus. It is AWESOME! I can't wait to see this on stage, if it ever comes around. I'd help to direct it at my church if they'd only take on the project! The stage IS big enough! Anyways, I own this CD. I bought it long ago when it was first released. You have to hear this CD! The only thing is that it's out of print. You CAN get a copy of it on Amazon.com for $40-$75...It's worth it!

Glorious, Magnificent, Angelic, Heavenly!!!!!!

Great 'Beginner' Praise CD
I often refer people to this album who are just learning about contemporary Christian praise music.It provides a nice diversity, yet I find it isn't as 'sappy' as some of the WOW worship CDs can be.My favorite tracks are 'Above All' 'Redeemer, Savior, Friend', and 'The Potter's Hand'.It's one of those albums where you find a new favorite every week.

In the presense
Worship is the human expression of love and adoration for our Lord and Savior through the Spirit--this CD evidences true worship!Perhaps my favorite is "Be Unto Your Name" which can be heard on theIntegritymusic.com website.I am not much of a discriminating person whenit comes to labels and style; a child can tell his or her Father's praise,though, and it is on this CD set.Read more

If you thought the book was good wait till you hear the CD
I not only have the Experiencing God CD, and workbook but I have the daily devotional book.There is nothing better than listening to the song "Unrelenting Love" while meditating on God's word and writing down your thoughts and ideas in your daily journal.It really does touch upon and put into words the 7 principles of the book.You will sure to love this album of well known voices and some that you may not have heard before- it is a beautiful CD of music and sure to be one of your favorites!!!!!!

Great CD
While I wasn't a big fan of the Experiencing God study, I really like this CD.It has some great songs like The River, All Your Works are Wonderful, The Day I lay My Isaac Down, and the song I bought it for Unrelenting Love. And it has some of my favorite artists:Point of Grace, Greg Long, TheMartins, and Susan Ashton. The perfect worship companion to the Bible Study
If you haven't done the "Experiencing God" Bible Study, you will want to after you've listened to this.If you have, the songs will deeply echo what you've learned in the study, and will etch them in your heart theway only music can.I love this CD and listen to it almost daily.Enjoy! ... Read more

Smokey Mountain Hymns, Vol 3
This CD is a tremendous addition to Volumns 1 and 2. The musical arrangements of familiar songs is wonderful. The sounds of the handmade instruments are truly pleasing to the ear. This CD would be highly recommended as soothing, relaxing background music as well as good ol' foot stomping music. The fact that the entire album is instrumental is a definite plus. Powerful CD!
My father pastored at a church in Albany, GA about 5 years ago where we played these same songs.The power of God would fill the church!It was amazing!I'm only 19 at the moment, but just owning this CD and listening to it as I drive, I can feel God with me every moment.He is real, and the annointing that is over the church in Pensacola had reached into this CD and grabs you head on....if you ever get a chance, visit this church!It'll change your life!

The greatest lifetime experiance
I actually was lucky enough to go and visit their church. ( I was not a christian when I went either) My mother tricked me into going by telling me we were going on a vacation to Pensacola. Anyway, everytime I hear this CD it takes me back to the day I changed my life. The CD is great!!! I recommend every one buys it for someone they love, it just might change their life.
