Go Hayden, I love you!!
They should have released the song "My Hero is You" as a single instead. It is clearly the best song on this CD, so I will buy it because of this one song. It could've been a single dedicated to 9/11 and made profits for 9/11 charities. Hayden has a great present and future in both acting and singing. I can't wait for her first solo CD!!

The girls in HUCKAPOO are so talented! I love the song "Perfectly" so much! Brittney, Lindsay, Brooke, Jordan, and Brittany you guys are awesome!

I also don't have the cd (yet!) but i love all the songs! I have heard them on disney channel. I love Jesse Mccartney so much! total hottie! Haylie duff is alright, but i like hilary better! lol. I love all the songs from zenon 3 and from pixel perfect. i think their songs are really cool! i am getting this cd for my birthday, which is in october by the way!!!, and i would definitely recommend it to you!

You can teach a new dog old tricks!
I truly enjoyed this CD.Great new arrangements of some of the best Parks music ever!To me Barenaked Ladies and Tim Curry are stand outs.I could have done without The Pointer Sisters doing "Yo Ho" but over all it's still a great listen!!!

Takes Awhile To Sink In
This album wasn't in my frequent rotation for a long time.In fact, I only recently broke this out after I planned my daughter's first trip to Disney World.Though I question some of the interpretations on here, especially the Pointer Sisters' version of "Yo Ho," I must admit that this album has really captured my ear.Take 6, Barenaked Ladies and Patti Austin give wonderful performances of their respective songs.They are the highlights of a mostly good album.One song stands apart from the rest.Brian McKnight's stirring rendition of "Remember the Magic" is a moving experience.It alone makes this album worthy of purchase.
Some Great Cuts
If you want the actual music used in the rides and attractions, buy one of the official WDW albums.These are Disney song covers by a variety of artists.Etta James makes "It's a Small World" meaningful and beautiful, Tim Curry has his tongue planted firmly in cheek in "The Ballad of Davy Crockett," and Take 6's lush accapella harmonies are outstanding on "When You Wish Upon a Star."As another reviewer said, David Benoit's "Spectromagic Medley" shimmers like the parade itself.Linda Rondstadt and Olivia Newton-John sing pretty straight-forward versions of familiar tunes, and Brian McKnight's sentimental "Remember the Magic," used in Disney World advertising, might bring a tear to your eye. ... How I like and dislike disney channel hits take 1
I relly like how they made the cd with the songs of different actors from different t.v. shows. But i think they should put the theme song of shows like 8 simple rules for dating my teenage daughter,darcy`s wild life,smart guy,the weekenders,dave the barbarian,kim possible,proud family,so litte time, mentors,boy meets world,brotherly love and r.f.r.well i`m all done i gess u might see another review by me for family hits take 1. don`t worry i`ll do at less 1 for familly hits take 2. also if famlliy makes familly hits take 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 or 10. then i`ll also at lessmake 1 or 2 or3 or more review for those.it deppens about how good they are. well bey for now.

Cover tunes, nothing to do with Disney
The cover to the CD shows the Goofy character. However, nothing on the CD package explains what this truly is. What I mean is, with Disney and this CD in particular, you don't quite know what you are getting. Some CDs have the Disney characters singing the lead vocals, others have people singing the lead vocals with vocal overlays by Disney characters, and this CD features no Disney characters singing on it at all, despite the cover illustration being somewhat misleading, if not simply confusing. I would prefer if the label somehow indicated if the songs are sung by characters or not, etc. The S.W.A.T.S is my home

HUCKAPOO'S SONG IS THE BEST!!!

Good Holiday CD
Radio Disney Jingle Jams is good, it should of been Holiday Jams 3, but the Holiday Jams contain both new and old songs. Jingle Jams only contains new songs. Fan_3's "I Love Christmas" song is horrible and it should of been one of the songs replaced on Jingle Jams 2005, along with Hilary Duff and Ashlee Simpson. How come J-Mac (Jesse McCartney) has two songs on the Jingle Jams? Aaron Cater was good, and I think Hilary Duff's remix of "Santa Claus Lane" is better then her orinigal.

I did enjoy this album for what it was. Everyone has pointed out the best Aly&AJ, Jesse, Raven, and so on..

Rockin'
This CD is worth buying for its version of the Hokey Pokey alone.Everything else is just a bonus.Kids love it.Great to use with adults as well.Fun,fun, fun.I've owned it on cassette tape for years, and am finally upgrading.Getting a copy for my sister as well.

great to get the little ones moving!
I used to use this CD for music and movement time with my preschoolers with and without disabilities.It was a real favorite!Now, my two year old son loves it as well.Hokey Pokey, Old MacDonald, and You Keep Knockin' were especially preferred by both audiences!!

Great for kids; okay for adults.
This album was a great surprise for Little Richard fans back in '92: since '79 there had been just one album of new recordings by the Quasar ["Lifetime Friend" for Warner Bros./WEA in '86]. The packaging loked fine and the song selection pertinent. What was missing on every track was a truly committed, strong vocal - since his mid to late '80s "Comeback" his voice has not always been dependable, and unfortunately on this session he didn't have it. In addition, the mix is very light, obviously with small children in mind. For example, "Keep a Knockin'", a nice arrangement featuring children's voices, lacks the kind of power the "older kid" wants. Probably the best tracks for all listeners are "Hokey Pokey", with its driving piano, and "Old MacDonald", a near-classic. My-my-my-my! ... Read more

Great music.
The music is so important to the feel of a movie. This is a beautiful soundtrack which complements the movie perfectly. Especially loved "With a Healing of a Heart" by newcomer Anthony Callea. Though only played during the credits in the movie the words hold the key to the whole story.

i cried!!
OH mY goodness!!! If you are going to see the movie, I advise you also buy the CD! It is one of the best movies Disney has come out with and the song melodies and lyrics are touching and beautiful! Especially "There is life" and "Through your eyes". It is 100% worth the 12 dollars!

Can Disney Get Any Better?!
I just bought this soundtrack yesterday, and I haven't stopped listening to it. I love the song "There is Life." It is so beautiful, like nothing I've ever heard. It gives me a warm feeling inside. I loved watching that song on the movie. I fell in love with it and after that I had to get the soundtrack as fast as I could. I also love the song "First Sign of Spring." It's a nice, happy song that fills me with joy. Now I can't wait til spring. "Sing the Day" is a really nice song too, but a little bit of it is a little confusing, but it's still good. I'm also glad that there are songs from the first movie, showing that we haven't forgotten it even the sequel's come out. Keep up the good work! ... Read more

Not very interesting
Purchased for my 1 year old at 6.99 in Target, thought it would be a good deal, but it is putting us all to sleep.Wish I would have read the reviews first.This is not going to be something we play for the holiday.

worst Baby Einstein yet!!!!!!!!
Overall very disappointing - when you see the original baby einstein, it is very basic ... but you can see how a baby would find it interesting.The images are constantly changing, the puppets are cute, but everything is relevant.But you also relize that this is a pretty primitive video ... done in someone's basement (practically).The Baby Santa is worse than this.

We are Really big fans of the Baby Einstein Collection, and have all the CD's, which are wonderful. So, happily when I bought this one for my 15 month old, I was looking forward to the same quality of songs, but this one is redundant (3 versions of Jingle Bells), and boring. Very Good for the whole family
We got this originally as just the DVD as a gift.We've like it so much we're getting the CD as well.It's a great set of songs.We especially like Go for G, Who put the alphabet in Alphabetical Order, and E eats Everything

TMBG should stick to quirky alternative pop!
This CD is a total JOKE, it is so BAD!It is an obvious 'grab' by 'John squared' (Johns Flansburgh and Linnell) for a piece of the very lucrative and booming baby market, and it falls short bigtime.The songs, if you want to call them that, are beyond quirky and follow overly-simplistic structure that anyone could have come up with in 5 minutes while sitting on the John (pun intended)!It is AS annoying as listening to fingernails on a chalkboard, and then some.Even my 8 month old stopped smiling when I put this drivel on, and usually she smiles and giggles when I play most of my other 'for baby' CD's.There are much BETTER choices out there for babies and kids music.'John squared' should stick to making alternative music for the 'older set', which is what they are great at!

Who says kids can't learn from television?
This video is the best...high-energy, fun songs paired with creative animation! My 2-year-old loves it and can now recognize several letters from watching this video. I love the music myself, which is true to the fun, quirky style of TMBG. I'll be looking for more of their stuff in the future. ... Read more

Make-believe club music for kids only!
If the main goal was to entertain kids only, then this collection of popular disney songs from films serves its purpose. However, it is highly unlikely that kids would pick this CD as a must-have for their disney collection given the format in which these songs are presented. Club music has come a long way and Disney's dance mixes are a disservice to Clubland.
Mickey's the Lord of the dance...
This CD is a must have for Disney fans of all ages! For true fans. This Music or most of it, is used for the preshow/atmospheric music before the nightly spectacular Fantasmic! at Disney MGM studios, in Walt Disney World. Its great to dance to and a wonderfull memory of your Walt Disney World Vacation.

Upbeat clean songs you will let your kids listen to.
This C.D. takes some of Disney's best songs and makes them into an upbeat disco sound.I teach using these songs. I use them in my P.E. class forrunning, jumping and performing sport skills. The students can sing withthem while they jump rope or run around the gym. They love to dribble theball while listening to Number 10 (Lion King.)The first song sets the tonefor the C.D. with Donna Summer singing someday.I searched high and wide forsongs suitable for elementary students that are clean and free fromprofanity. The Best Christmas Album Ever
I usually don't like anything that Disney puts its name on. If its a CD, it means that hilary duff, jesse, raven, aaron, aly/aj or something will be on it. So when we ordered this, I thought it would be trash.
Fun to listen to
Sometimes I pull out this CD in the middle of the summer to bring me back to the most special time of the year. I really like SHeDAISY's "Deck the Halls" and "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" by Brenda Lee. "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer" is still funny every time I hear it. It's good that this is a mix of holiday classics and newer artists too!
