1.We've Got It Goin' On OK track, it sounds like Everybody(Backstreet's Back) 2.Quit Playin' Games(With My Heart) I liked this pop song. It's one of the reasons I bought this album. 3.As Long As You Love Me See Quit Playin' Games(With My Heart) 4.Everybody(Backstreet's Back) I loved this dance song. Though it sounds like We've Got It Goin' On, it's better. Catchy. 5.All I Have To Give Nice ballad. 6.Anywhere For You See All I Have To Give. 7.Hey Mr. DJ(Keep Playin' This Song) Nice dance track. Catchy. 8.I'll Never Break Your Heart See All I Have To Give and Anywhere For You. 9.Darlin' Didn't like it much. 10.Get Down(You're The One For Me) See Hey Mr. DJ(Keep Playin' This Song). I also liked Kevin Richardson's rapping. 11.Set Adrift On Memory Bliss See Darlin'. Confusing. 12.If You Want It To Be Good Girl(Get Yourself A Bad Boy) See Hey Mr. DJ(Keep Playin' This Song). Overall I really liked this cd except for Darlin' and Set Adrift On Memory Bliss. My favorite songs are Quit Playin' Games(With My Heart), As Long As You Love Me, Everybody(Backstreet's Back), All I Have To Give, Hey Mr. DJ(Keep Playin' This Song), I'll Never Break You're Heart, Get down(You're The One For Me), and If You Want It To Be Good Girl(Get Yourself A Bad Boy). I'd buy this iif I were you. I can't wait until the new Backstreet Boys album comes out in September. I'm going to buy that one too.

Live in Las Vegas [Box Set] Average Customer Review: Audio CD (10 July, 2001) list price: $69.98 -- our price: $69.98 (price subject to change: see help) US | Canada | United Kingdom | Germany | France Features Reviews (31)
Disc 1 is from 1969, when Elvis began his long - running stint at the International. Here is where you'll find electrifying live versions of "Blue Suede Shoes", "Love Me Tender", "Hound Dog", "Jailhouse Rock", "Don't Be Cruel", and others. Similarly, his vocal performances shine on "In The Ghetto" and "Are You Lonesome Tonight" (dedicated to Mrs. Parker, the Colonel's wife who was recuperating from surgery). Also included are two monologues that are very interesting and at times very funny. Disc 2 is essnetially the same setlist as the one featured on "The That's The Way It Is" (the boxed set). But it was recorded on a different than that performance, and there are some welcome additions to the set. He gives a powerful reading of B.J. Thomas's "I Just Can't Help Believin'". Also included are strong cover versions of "Something", "You've Lost That Feelin'", and "Bridge Over Troubled Water", plus the expected hits that became all too prominent in Elvis's early shows. Disc 3 is very good as well, its only flaw being that none of the tracks are previously unreleased. The first 15 tracks are from 1970's "On Stage". Among the highlights are "Let It Be Me", "Release Me", and his smash hit rendition of "The Wonder Of You" (# 9 in November of 1970). The rest of the tracks are from 1972, when Elvis was going through many problems with his marriage to Priscilla. That pain is documented in several of the songs featured here, such as "It's Over" and "You Gave Me A Mountain" (the latter became a highight in Elvis's mid - '70s' shows). But he also spices things up with rocking versions of "Hound Dog", "A Big Hunk O' Love" and "Little Sister"/Get Back". But the best tracks are the slower numbers, especially his stunning renditions of "The Impossible Dream" and "An American Trilogy". Disc 4 begins in 1956. The first four tracks are from Elvis's first performance in Vegas. This was around the same time when Elvis was creating the controversy generated from his swiveling on "The Ed Sullivan Show" and "The Milton Berle Show", so his act didn't really go over well with the older crowd. But soon the set gets back on course by covering the 1974 - 1976 seasons. These are very interesting performances because performs his more recent material and some rarely heard songs from the late '50s and early '60s'. Of the former, he barnstorms his way through top - notch versions of "If You Talk In Your Sleep", "Help Me", and "Promised Land". Of the former. he revives "Tryin' To Get To You" (this song is really great live), "My Baby Left Me" and one true Elvis classic, a tender rendition of "It's Now Or Never". He also performs scorching versions of "Burning Love" and "Big Boss Man", plus he does good cover version of "Hawaiian Wedding Song" (another staple in his latter - day shows), "Green, Green Grass Of Home", and "You're The Reason I'm Living". The final 4 tracks are really done with emotion and panache that only The King could pull off. I remember almost crying when I heard how beatifully he pulled he did "And I Love You So". I was very surprised at the inclusion of "Just Pretend". It was never one of his most popular songs, and I was sure he never performed it after 1970. But this version, from December 1975, is even better than the one featured on disc 2. Elvis's voice is very strong on this number, and is heartugging. Next comes the highlight. "How Great Thou Art" features Elvis doing what he does best. Elvis always loved gospel music, and his appreciation for it is shown fully here on this great track. Closing the album (and the set) is a gorgeous rendition of "America The Beautiful" that thus ends the most wonderful compilation of Elvis live. This set also comes with a booklet that features an insightful essay on Elvis's career in Vegas, plus a brief summary on each disc and a wonderful collection of pictures that show Elvis in different stages of his career. This is a perfect doucment of Elvis's masterful concerts. I highly recommend for everyone. ... Read more Asin: B00005LN70 |

O-Town Average Customer Review: Audio CD (23 January, 2001) list price: $18.98 -- our price: $14.99 (price subject to change: see help) US | Canada | United Kingdom | Germany | France Reviews (339)
Though all of the songs on this CD are exceptional, my absolute favorite would have to be "Love Should Be a Crime" with its classic rock feel and incredible lyrics. My other favorites include their first single "Liquid Dreams," the danceable "Every 6 Seconds," and Jacob Underwood's own "Take Me Under." O-Town's first CD is bound to please a fan of any genre of music with their dirty pop/rock/love/ alternative/R&B blend of music. A definite buy for anyone, I give O-Town's debut album four stars out of five(I would have liked "Say, Say" and "See You Again" to be on this CD.)

Aaron's Party (Come Get It) Average Customer Review: Audio CD (26 September, 2000) list price: $18.98 -- our price: $14.99 (price subject to change: see help) US | Canada | United Kingdom | Germany | France Reviews (237)
2) Aaron's Party - You'll hear yourself say this song sucks, and then a week later, catch ur self cleaning the house and singing it. Catchy, yet crappy. 3/5 3) I Want Candy - The original sucked, and so does this one. Besides, it's a girls song! 1/5 4) Bounce - I like this song because I can hear Aaron singing in it. 5/5 5) My Internet Girl - Aaron is singing yet again. I don't get the lyrics, but he sounds alot like his brother (Nick Carter) in this one. 5/5 6) That's How I Beat Shaq - It's like they thought of the title before the songs and clumped together some words to make his cd have 12 tracks. 1/5 7) The Clapping Song - This is not handjive, or kindergarten, what the hell? 1/5 8) Iko Iko - Yet another old skool song that Aaron stole and remade worst then the first. 1/5 9) Real Good Time - Sounds a little like Bounce. 3/5 10) Tell Me What U Want - A sorta slow song, but he doesn't really sing as good as his other songs. 4/5 11) Girl You Shine - Pretty good, sounds like a song somebody would sing for the apollo. 5/5 12) Big Bad Shiney Beat Box - Interludes suck. 1/5

It's when Aaron plays basketball 1 on 1 with this tall guy * My Internet Girl- This one is when Aaron emails his girlfriend That's How I Beat Shaq- This one is funny!! One the music video it acually shows Shaq crying! * The Clapping Song- This one is okay, but it's always in my head Iko Iko- This one is okay but not as good as the others Real Good Time- The beginning of this one is funny! * Tell Me What You Want- This one is okay Girl You Shine- This one is really sweet. *

Teen Spirit Average Customer Review: Audio CD (27 February, 2001) list price: $18.98 -- our price: $14.99 (price subject to change: see help) US | Canada | United Kingdom | Germany | France Reviews (103)
This second CD is great because all their songs are original, but at the same time the band manages to keep abba spirit alive. Some of the new songs are very similar to N'SYNC, Britney and BSB ("That's what (it's all about), Rockin'), but it is not only a repetition of these popular singer/bands. A-Teens has its own swedish style and it makes them great on stage. The whole album is good, specially "halfway round the world", "..to the music" and "upside down". I also love "morning light", which reminds me a lot of another great sweden band, Ace of Base (just compare!). If you like swedish pop, this is a MUST-HAVE CD for you.
