Excellent songs
We listen to these CDs all year long. We never tire of these wonderful songs.The kids just love them, and can sing all the words.It is fun to see children take an interest in music.

Very professional recording
The voices are pure in tone and integrity.The "Holiday Fun Songs," in the compilation are a riot!"Too Fat For The Chimney," had every one rolling here in Music City.This is simply a great Christmas sing along album for everyone.The recording is crystal clear!

Kids under 10 can take only so much Bing Crosby at Christmastime, so the Sugar Beats, like a tuneful troop of Santa's elves, have set up shop and assembled a sleighful of their trademark retro-pop good cheer. A Sugar Beats Christmas finds Sherry Goffin Kondor's precocious cast, last heard banishing the backseat blahs on Car Tunes, taking the straightforward approach to Yuletide bopping on standards like "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town," "Silver Bells," and "Everyone's a Kid at Christmas Time." But on other familiar tracks they cut loose: "Jingle Bell Rock" mimics monster hit "Mambo No. 5"; "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" takes a spin on the dance floor, kicked up with a techno beat; and "Chipmunks Christmas Song" subs singer Jonathan for Alvin as the slacker of the hopped-up-on-helium bunch. The "Up on the Rooftop/Jingle Bells Medley" and "Christmas Tree Song" play like private Sugar Beats parties, but what really puts the partridge in the pear tree on this set is a deliciously naughty knockoff of "I'll Be a Little Angel"--it trumps even obvious Sugar Beats selections like "Little Saint Nick" and "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree." Your kids will be hooked!
This is a fun & energetic Christmas album for kids & adults.You will all be dancing & singing along!I don't think it came out of the CD changer until April.

A fun cd to get you in the 'Spirit of Christmas'
I have to admit I wasnt a fan of The Sugar Beats till now, I know theres some little kids in some of the songs but thats what makes it fun to listen to, I mean decerating your house gets you really in to the spirit listening to them. And I'am proudto say that I am 14 andREALLY do like this cd, and if any one dissagrees then dont write a review, and let other people enjoy it if the love christmas! Oh and one more thing, Jesse McCartney is in this so to all DreamStreet fans, its a cute cd,to go get =0)Well thank you to all who read this!

OUR KIDS LOVE IT !!
The very telented B'Way Bids sing with energy and enthusiasm that kids can relate to.Our three boys, now 8, 5 and 2, listen to it over and over.My 8-year-old once brought the CD into school for music share day, my 5-year-old loves the comical rendition of "12 days of Christmas" and my 2-year-old calls out requests by number (ie: "number nine" for Jingle Bells).Best non-traditional song is "Earth and Sky" with its catchy melody, soothing flute and thoughtful message.The only questionable song is the one sung by Kathy Lee Gifford.She's no Broadway Kid!

Nauseous and self-indulgent
Where do I start?I gave it 1 star because there wasn't a negative star rating.These are without a doubt the most self-indulgent and just downright sickening song arrangements you could possibly imagine.Don't buy this if you like any of these songs because they don't sound anything like the originals.In a sloppy and irritatingly overdone way, the Broadway Kids try to modernize these oldtime Christmas favorites and end up butchering them beyond recognition.Without a doubt the worst Christmas CD I have ever heard.

Each year we purchase a new Christmas album.We bought The Broadway Kids Sing Christmas last year.We loved it so much that we wore the tape out!The kids that sing on this album are very talented and are very much a joyto listen to.They are full of energy and make you feel as though you arethere with them.I highly recommend this recording to everyone. ...
